The i-Raman EX extends B&W Tek's award winning portable Raman spectrometer range, and features a 1064nm version of the patented Cleanlaze ® excitation laser.

The state-of-the-art NanoRam handheld spectrometer suits material identification and verification, at-line sampling, final inspection and counterfeit drug detection. GemRam is a lightweight portable Raman spectrometer for gemstone identification. NanoLIBS is a portable spectrometer using elemental analysis for identification and investigation of raw materials such as ionic salts, for the pharmaceutical industry.

The SpectraRad low cost spectrophotometer is a miniature spectral irradiance meter.

All B&W Tek spectrometers are now offered at a fixed price, no matter which detector, slit or grating combination is required. Just specify the internal components that best suit your application, and pay the same fixed price which includes software and cables.

Any variety of B&W Tek lasers, spectrometers, sampling accessories and software packages can be combined to form a complete system solution.

i-Raman

The i-Raman® delivers high resolution combined with field-portability, providing performance comparable to large benchtop Raman systems while weighing less than 7 lbs. The system’s small footprint, lightweight design and low power consumption (optional battery) provide research grade Raman capabilities anywhere.

The i-Raman offers 532nm and 785nm excitation wavelength standard and high resolution configurations measuring from 65 cm-1 to 4000 cm-1. All i-Raman systems feature a TE-cooled CCD detector, allowing for the maximum effective integration time of several minutes. This makes the i-Raman an economical solution for many Raman applications such as teaching, product development, materials science research and quality control.

i-Raman Plus

The i-Raman® Plus is a high precision qualitative and quantitative Raman solution powered by innovative smart spectrometer technology. Using a high quantum efficiency CCD array detector with deeper cooling and high dynamic range, this portable Raman spectrometer delivers an improved signal to noise ratio for up to 30 minutes, making it possible to measure weak Raman signals. The i-Raman Plus features the unique combination of wide spectral coverage and high resolution with configurations measuring from 65 cm-1 to up to 4200 cm-1, enabling you to measure stretching bands around 3100 cm-1. The i-Raman Plus comes standard with a fiber optic probe, and can be used with a cuvette holder, a video microscope, an XYZ positioning stage probe holder and our proprietary BWIQ® multivariate analysis software and BWID® identification software.

i-Raman Pro
The i-Raman® Pro is a fully integrated system with a touchscreen tablet computer and a battery option for easy portability, powered by innovative smart spectrometer technology. Using a high quantum efficiency CCD array detector with deep cooling (-25°C) and high dynamic range, this portable Raman spectrometer delivers a further improved signal to noise ratio for applications requiring long integration times, making it possible to measure even the weakest Raman signals. The i-Raman Pro features the unique combination of wide spectral coverage and high resolution, measuring from 65 cm-1 to 4200 cm-1, enabling you to measure from low frequency modes through to stretching bands around 3100 cm-1. 
The i-Raman Pro is equipped with a fiber optic probe, and can be used with a cuvette holder, a video microscope, and an XYZ positioning stage probe holder. 
i-Raman Pro ST

The i-Raman Pro ST is a portable spectroscopy system, powered by a uniquely configured and optimized high-throughput spectrometer, our CleanLaze® stabilized laser technology, and a versatile fiber optic probe. This system dramatically enhances the Raman signature of the content, allowing for identification of materials inside visually opaque containers such as white plastic bottles or paper envelopes. The system utilizes B&WTek's suite of state-of-the art smart software which provides easy identification, quantification, and data processing capabilities.

i-Raman EX

The i-Raman EX is a portable Raman spectrometer featuring a 1064nm version of B&WTek's patented CleanLaze® excitation laser which minimizes the effect of fluorescence. Using a high sensitivity InGaAs array detector with deep TE cooling and high dynamic range, this portable Raman spectrometer delivers a high signal to noise ratio without inducing auto-fluorescence, making it possible to measure a wide range of biological samples. The i-Raman EX provides spectral resolution as fine as 9.5 cm-1 and a spectral coverage range from 100-2500 cm-1, enabling you to measure the entire fingerprint region. The i-Raman EX comes standard with a fiber optic probe, and can be used with an XYZ positioning stage probe holder, a cuvette holder, and proprietary BWIQ multivariate analysis software.

GemRam

The GemRam™ is a lightweight, portable Raman spectrometer dedicated to both the verification of known gemstones as well as the identification of unknown gemstones. It comes equipped with B&W Tek’s GemID™ identification software, powered by GemExpert’s spectral library of greater than 450 different gemstones, as well as unlimited space for user-defined spectra that can be added at any time.

The GemRam utilizes a spectrum stabilized 785nm diode laser and high resolution TE cooled spectrometer to provide unrivaled performance and repeatability. It comes complete with a fiber optic probe, X-Y-Z positioning stage, all in a convenient carrying case.

NanoRAM

The NanoRam is a state-of-the-art handheld Raman instrument for nondestructive identification and verification of materials such as APIs, excipients, intermediates, and finished products. Compact and agile, the NanoRam can be used by non-technical users to rapidly identify samples in the lab, warehouse, loading dock or field, helping to eliminate quarantine areas and expedite materials through the manufacturing lifecycle. Utilizing Raman technology, non-contact analysis can be performed through transparent containers, all while maintaining the volume and integrity of the sample. NanoRam facilitates fast and convenient transitions between sampling accessories for raw material identification through a variety of packaging.

SpectraRad

The SpectraRad is a miniature TE Cooled spectral irradiance meter designed for industrial applications and lab use with a USB 2.0 interface. The SpectraRad is equipped with a fiber coupled right angle transmissive cosine corrector, which is irradiance calibrated against a NIST traceable Tungsten light source. BWSpec software is provided for characterization and measurement of many application lighting devices and systems. Standard software features include timeline recording, data smoothing, illuminance (lux), chromaticity, color temperature, and other data-handling functions.

SpectraRad Xpress

The SpectraRad Xpress is a miniature spectral irradiance meter designed for field, industrial, and lab applications with a plug-and-play USB 2.0 interface. A transmissive cosine corrector is coupled to a spectrometer which then is irradiance calibrated against a NIST traceable Tungsten light source. Optimized software is provided for characterization and measurement of many application lighting devices and systems. Standard software features include timeline recording, data smoothing, illuminance (lux), chromaticity, color temperature, external triggered pulsed light capturing, and other data handling functions. The SpectraRad Xpress is ideal for lamp and LED characterization (requires input optic option), color analysis, solar studies, photostability testing, photobiology and photochemistry.

NanoLIBS

The NanoLIBS is a state-of-the-art handheld Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy instrument using elemental analysis for identification and investigation of raw materials such as ionic salts such as NaCl and KCl within a regulated environment. Compact and agile, the NanoLIBS can be used by non-technical users to rapidly identify samples in the lab, warehouse, loading dock or field, helping to eliminate quarantine areas and expedite materials through the manufacturing lifecycle. It is the only handheld LIBS device on the market addressing specific raw material ID applications with full regulatory compliancy.

NanoLIBS-Q

The NanoLIBS-Q is a handheld LIBS analyzer which is customized to give quantitative measurements of elements for your samples. Chemical composition based on elemental analysis is measured on material where you need, without the need to take samples to a lab for lengthy preparation and analysis. The system delivers accurate results with calibrations developed for your application such as the Li content in batteries, the metal in alloys, the composition of catalysts, minerals or ceramics. With the NanoLIBS-Q you can quickly check the quality of your incoming materials or your products at the production line.

TacticID-GP

The TacticID®–GP is a field-ready handheld spectral analysis instrument designed for non-contact forensic analysis by safety personnel and first responders, including law enforcement personnel, customs and border patrol, hazmat technicians, bomb squads, and more. The TacticID-GP allows users to get real-time actionable identification and analysis of unknown chemicals, narcotics, pharmaceutical drugs and other substances while reducing operational uncertainty and response time.

TacticID-N

The TacticID®–N is a field-ready handheld instrument specifically designed for non-destructive forensic analysis of narcotics, pharmaceutical drugs, cutting agents and precursors by law enforcement personnel. It allows users to get real-time actionable identification and analysis of unknown chemicals, narcotics, pharmaceutical drugs and other substances while reducing operational uncertainty and response time.
