Superluminescent Diodes

Pacer offers a range of leading-edge superluminescent diodes (SLEDs) with the highest E/O efficiency in the industry. These products need relatively lower operating current per mW, compared to competing devices, to generate the same optical output power.

 Different packaging options are available to fit your application needs:


* 14 pin DIL and Butterfly package
* 8 pin mini DIL and 8 pin mini Butterfly package available on request
* Single mode fiber and polarization maintaining fiber available (SMF & PMF)
* Optional monitoring photodiode
* Optional optical connectors

We offer a comprehensive portfolio of long wavelength SLEDs, covering wavelengths from 1200nm to 1700nm, powers from 0.2mW to 50mW and spectral widths from 25nm to 100nm. Please contact us for further details
